This bracket was worth every penny. I was working on designing my own to fabricate, and this one popped up in my Facebook feed. The install is straight forward. The only difference I found from the instructions is that I was able to remove my tank after the bracket was secured. I found it easier to remove the tank to install the self-tapping bolts. I also mounted the tank in the opposite direction than shown in the instructions because the mount does not sit perfectly level. This works out well as it let me put the tank drain on the low side. Great product!
Super quality and fit absolutely perfect
Perfect fit, quality material
Having a custom mount made my project easy. Thank you for making this air tank mounting kit. I highly recommend it.
2017-2026, Ford Super Duty, 2.5 Gallon Air Tank Mounting Kit
Have you been looking to mount a 2.5 gallon air tank under your 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty? We choose to use a Viair 2.5 gallon air tank PN 91025 or PN 91028 due to its ideal size and air fitting locations.
The kit include a 3/16" powder coated steel bracket and related fasteners for attaching the air tank to the cross member
This kit is mounted using the provided two carriage bolts that slide into the two key shaped stamped holes in the 2nd most rearward cross member and additionally secured with (2) 1/4" self tapping screws.
This kit will work for both the ARB brushless & ARB brushed compressors, as well as any other brand of compressor that does not mount to the same rear cross member location.
Made in the USA.
